George Bahry ("we", "us", or "our"), an individual developer based in Lebanon, operates the Tashkeel AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

• Usage Data & Analytics: We may collect anonymous diagnostic and usage data (such as app crashes, performance data, and feature usage) to help us improve the App.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements to users on the free tier. AdMob may collect and process certain information, such as your device identifier (e.g., Advertising ID) and approximate location data, to provide personalized ads.
• Purchase and Subscription Information: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. We collect anonymous user IDs and receipt information. We do not process or store your credit card information; all payments are securely handled by Apple and Google.
• User Content: The text you input into the App for processing (diacritization). To ensure fast performance and continuously improve the accuracy of our service for everyone, we may securely cache this text. This helps us refine and enhance the underlying technology that powers the App. If you use cloud-sync features, your documents are also synced securely via Firebase.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• To process and manage your subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• To display advertisements via Google AdMob (for free tier users).
• To develop and enhance our underlying algorithms to provide you with better, more accurate text processing results.
• To provide customer support.
• To monitor the usage of our App and detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

We may employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our App, perform App-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our App is used. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (such as relying on Google Firebase's secure infrastructure), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your account directly from within the App's settings, which will remove your data from our active databases.
